Instead, you can use the teaspoon to pour soy sauce over the dumplings. Here’s the Bibim-naengmyeon. It’s topped with shredded cucumber, pear, pickled radish, meat, and a boiled egg—perfect garnishes. While many naengmyeon restaurants these days serve naengmyeon with sweet and tangy seasoning, the Bibim-naengmyeon at this Hamheung-style naengmyeon specialty restaurant is less sweet and has a spicy, bold flavor.
