Chill by the Mekong in Nakhon Phanom.

This trip we stayed at The River, a place with sweet rooms that are very big, including breakfast, for less than 2,000 baht (1790) even during a long holiday. It's considered very worthwhile. And what's special is that every room here has a view of the Mekong River. Just a short walk and you can chill by the riverbank comfortably, peacefully, with beautiful nature, both the water and the mountains. People are smiling and look healthy both physically and mentally, which made me fall in love with this small province so much. However, the downside is that there is no swimming pool here. There are many advantages, lots of places to visit, I can't finish telling them all for sure. Try to come and experience it for yourself. P.S. You can also take a 1-day trip to the Laos side, just cross at the pier. Recommended activities ✅ Cross to Laos for lunch at Tha Phraeng (I don't recommend staying overnight) or go for adventure activities like ZIPLINE ✅ Take a boat trip to see the Mekong (recommend the municipal boat) ✅ Tourist places such as praying at Phra That Phanom, Uncle Ho's house, praying at Phraya Sisattanakaracha, taking pictures with Boskris, visiting cafes, walking on the pedestrian street (in the evening), lots of delicious restaurants, try searching for them. And not to be missed is the menu of khanom jeen, fermented fish sauce, shrimp paste. I recommend the restaurant Pim Phu Phan located at the four-way intersection going to Phra That Phanom.
