Shima Onsen Hotel-Toshimaya

Stayed in Shima Onsen Toshimaya for one night, the overall experience was superb! The room was spacious and comfortable, the tatami bed was soft and comfortable to sleep on, and the best thing was that the open-air bath was right by the stream - soaking in the hot spring and listening to the gurgling water, soaking in the night and looking at the stars, the body and mind instantly relaxed. The hotel was clean, the service was considerate, and the one-night stay and two-meals were not sloppy. The dinner was exquisite and delicious, and the breakfast was also very satisfying. The public hot spring in the hotel was also great, with just the right temperature and a quiet environment. It was a good place to relax. A fifteen-minute walk will also take you to Jishankan, which is known as the inspiration for "Spirited Away".
