[Nagoya Sakae] Get drunk and healthy at a fermented food and craft beer store

Nagoroba is a craft restaurant for stylish adults, located in the beautiful new park, "Layered Hisaya Odori Park." It is run by Y Market, which makes Nagoya's hugely popular craft beer. All of the dishes use some kind of fermented food, so they are very healthy. You don't feel guilty even if you eat a lot. In addition to 20 craft beers on tap (!), we also enjoyed craft gins from all over Japan. I forgot the name, but the local craft gin from Aichi Prefecture was so delicious that I had to have a second helping. Fried rice made with fish sauce, chicken softened with koji, etc., all were high quality and amazing. I hope they open one in my neighborhood too.
