For only about NT$200, you can go to the 46th floor to enjoy the entire magnificent night view, including Nagoya Castle and Nagoya TV. The observation deck is semi-open and the roof is open. If you come here in winter, be prepared for strong winds and cold weather. If it rains or snows, rain gear is available for free use on site. There is a public rest area in the venue, which has sofas and benches, and the seating area is equipped with rain shelter. There were very few people that day. If you arrive at the junction of dusk and night, you can sit and slowly enjoy the sunset, which is even more beautiful. There is a barbecue restaurant (reservation required) on the observation deck, and there are also rain shelters, so you can enjoy the scenery while eating even when it rains.
