The Arimatsu Narumi Shibori Kaikan is the base for sightseeing in Arimatsu. It's located in an atmospheric streetscape, and there is a large free parking lot. You can get a variety of tourist brochures. In addition, shibori products are sold inside the hall, so it's fun just to look around. There are also exhibition panels about the history of Arimatsu. The first floor is free, but you can pay an admission fee of 300 yen to visit the Arimatsu Shibori Museum on the second floor. It's definitely worth a visit.
