Atsuta Shrine

This shrine is located in Atsuta Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. The nearest station is Meitetsu Jingumae Station, which is about a 3-minute walk away. It is also within walking distance from JR Atsuta Station, Atsuta-Jingu-Nishi Station on the subway, and Atsuta-Jingu-Tenmacho Station. It is known as the shrine that enshrines the Kusanagi Sword, one of the Three Sacred Treasures. The grounds are surrounded by vast, lush greenery, and although there are many worshippers, it is a relaxing place to visit.
