The cherry blossom season in Okinawa is from mid-January to February. These are the earliest cherry blossoms in Japan. Therefore, they fall by the time the song "Sakura sakura wa ichi-nensei" (When the cherry blossoms bloom, you're a freshman) is released🤣 There are several famous cherry blossom spots in Okinawa. I went to Nago Castle Ruins Park, one of them. I parked my car at Nago Castle Ruins Park and climbed the stairs to see the cherry blossoms.
