Introducing the first floor lobby of KAI Nagato's main building

KAI Nagato is located in Nagato Yumoto Onsen in Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. This hot spring inn is designed after the "Ochaya Yashiki" teahouses of the Edo period. The lobby is decorated with many traditional crafts from Yamaguchi, such as Hagi ware. The spacious lobby matches the beautiful scenery outside. In addition to the front desk, the lobby also houses a shop, which is lined with tasteful products. There is also a local entertainment space, where guests can experience "Adult Sumi Asobi" (playing with ink for adults), where they grind ink with Akama Inkstone, a traditional craft of Yamaguchi Prefecture, and write pictures and letters on fan-shaped Japanese paper. There is also a restaurant behind the front desk.
