Autumn leaves at Taisho Pond

Taisho Pond reflects the beautiful peaks of the Hotaka mountain range in autumn foliage. Located just past the Kama Tunnel, the only access road to Kamikochi, Taisho Pond is a relatively new pond that was created by damming a volcanic eruption during the Taisho period.
