Grape Harvesting at Khun Sathan

Nan is a province full of charm, with its mountain views, natural scenery, and local way of life. When it comes to tourist attractions in Nan, many well-known places come to mind, such as Pua District and Sapan District. However, today we would like to introduce Nanoi District, a place we visited and would love to return to. Nanoi is home to Khun Sathan National Park and the Khun Sathan Watershed Research Station. We had the opportunity to stay at the Khun Sathan Watershed Research Station to witness the blooming of the Thai Sakura (Phaya Sua Krong). But Khun Sathan offers more than just mountain views and flowers; it also boasts a variety of agricultural fruits, such as melons and grapes, which are either sent to royal projects or sold locally. During our visit, we drove past a local grape stall and decided to stop by. They sold raisins, grape juice, grape jam, and fresh grapes. The locals were very kind, offering us samples and even inviting us to visit their vineyard to pick grapes ourselves. The prices were reasonable, and the grapes were fresh, sweet, crisp, and delicious. We sampled to our heart's content before weighing and purchasing the grapes to take home. They had black, red, and green grapes, all of which left a lasting impression.
