Solheimajokull

I went to Solheimajökull. It is located along Route 1 in Iceland. It is about a 3-hour drive from Reykjavik Airport. There is no entrance fee, but parking is about 1,000 yen per car. This has become my favorite glacier in Iceland. After all, it is the closest place to the glacier. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the observation deck, and then another 20 minutes to walk to the glacier, where you can walk a little on the glacier. The experience of walking on a glacier is more fun than I thought, and it is not something I can do very often, so I recommend it. 📍Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/N5t2zRvyCSbZx4Bp6 #0yentravelFebruary2025 #Icelandroadtrip
