Address: 2F Keio Kichijoji Station, 2-1-25 Kichijoji Minamimachi, Musashino-shi, Tokyo Atmosphere/Facilities: It's located on the corner of a corridor at Kichijoji Station, and sometimes there's a line, but I've never had to wait for tens of minutes. The staff were efficient and helpful. There's a store in Shinjuku too, but there was a line. I think it's popular because it's delicious, with a wide variety and made with domestic butter and milk.
