Comfort Hotel is considered a business hotel. We have stayed at several when we visited Sendai in the Northeast before, and we had a good impression of them because their logo is a ball, and the kids simply call it the 'Ball Ball Hotel'. This time, because we drove and parked directly at their hotel parking lot, we entered through the side door, so I actually forgot to take pictures of the main entrance and the front desk! But we were really super lucky, there was still space in the hotel parking lot and it was free! On the first floor, simple welcome drinks like coffee are available for self-service, and towels, yukatas, and toothbrushes can also be taken freely. There is also information available for breakfast crowd surveys for reference. The restaurant is on the first floor, with a simple and bright environment. The room has two beds, very simple and clean, with enough space to open a suitcase - just the basic clean and simple. However, when my brother was about to take a shower, the switch for the shower head fell off, making it unusable, so we quickly called the hotel front desk. They sent someone to look at it and immediately changed our room to the same type.
