Getting There - Head to Theresienwiese where there is a huge area just for Oktoberfest. When you enter, there are a lot of bag checks so make sure you are not bringing any large bags, water, or anything dangerous. If you do, there are also lockers outside for a fee. Attractions - Oktoberfest is one of the most popular beer festivals in the world. Lots of people come from everywhere to attend this. Make sure to visit different beer tents, have a beer, and go on the rides! Hotels - Hotels nearby are not cheap, so make sure to find a place very far in advance. Food & Restaurants - Lots of food around! The beer tents also serve food, but if you are looking for cheaper prices, make sure to eat outside the Oktoberfest area!
