Fuji Mountain

If you like the outdoors, consider climbing Mount Fuji as high as 12,388 feet. The trail is only open from July to September, as the weather gets very cold at the top of the mountain. If it's only there for a day, you can take the 5th station, which is a 12 hour round trip. If you feel like an adventure, you can book accommodation near the top of the mountain, so you can watch the sunrise together with other mountain climbers. Keep in mind that it takes a full 24 hours to climb to the top. If you're not ready to climb the summit, you can still take pictures from afar.
