Okinawa Sesoko Island's guesthouse "Yadokari" accommodation report

When you hear "Yadokari Accommodation Report", you might think "Did we stay like Yadokari?", but the name of the inn is "Sesoko Yadokari". As the name suggests, Sesoko Yadokari is a guesthouse located on Sesoko Island. Sesoko Island is a small island located a little north of the center of the main island of Okinawa, and can be reached by crossing a bridge. Sesoko Island itself has beautiful beaches, but it is also close to Minna Island and the Churaumi Aquarium, which we visited this time, so you can stay there as a base for leisure activities. There are two double rooms (standard rooms) like the one we stayed in, and one quadruple room (deluxe room). If you have a large group, there is also a log cabin called "Villa Yadokari" in the same chain, so you might want to consider that as well. Yadokari does not serve food, so we had to go out to eat dinner. Apparently there are many places to eat if you drive 5-10 minutes in the direction of Churaumi Aquarium, but we went to the nearby izakaya "Yuntaku". Yuntaku is so close to the hermit crabs that you can see it with your own eyes, and it takes about 3 minutes to walk there. There was also a vending machine on the way. All of the food at Yuntaku was delicious, but my favorite was the "purple sweet potato tempura." Light and crisp on the outside, sticky and sweet on the inside.
