Lake Biwa Marriott Hotel

15 minutes by shuttle bus from Katata Station. When you exit the ticket gate, you'll see a black with a red M! It's very noticeable~^_^ I stayed at Lake Biwa Marriott Hotel! My room was upgraded and included a free-flowing hot spring bath. The hot spring is flowing all day long, so the sound of the water flowing was very pleasant! One of the pleasures of the trip was breakfast on the 12th floor. It was a seat where you could relax while looking out at Lake Biwa. There was a wide selection of vegetables and fruits, as well as smoothies, freshly squeezed fruit juice, freshly baked croissants, and of course a variety of Japanese dishes. I was full to the brim with so many options. It used to be Laforet, so there was a pool, a large bath, a gymnasium, a planetarium, and more. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful, and although I stayed for two nights, I wish I could have stayed a little longer! #breathtakingview#LakeBiwa#Shiga#hotel
