The Golden Pass Line in Switzerland: One of the Three Most Scenic Trains

During my trip to Switzerland, I took several train rides, including the famous Golden Pass Line. This picturesque railway is renowned as one of the three most scenic trains in Switzerland, alongside the Bernina Express and the Glacier Express. The Golden Pass Line has multiple routes, and this time I chose the journey from Montreux to Interlaken. This approximately 3.5-hour trip traverses stunning natural landscapes, showcasing the essence of Switzerland's beauty, which is why it's called the 'golden route'. The train carriages are very comfortable, and food and drinks are available on board. Passengers can also bring their own refreshments, with plenty of options available at the convenience store in Montreux station. Despite the long journey, reading a book, sipping coffee, and enjoying the scenery made the time fly by.
