When you search for Mokpo restaurants, Min-eo-hoe always comes up, so I went to Yeongranhoe House where you can eat it as a course meal! Sashimi, raw fish salad, pancake, spicy fish stew, rice cake - Min-eo-hoe course meal for 2 people 100,000 won Min-eo-hoe, which is in season in summer, was my first time eating it, and I was a little scared because most of the reviews said it was greasy, but when I actually ate it, it was more mild than greasy, and compared to salmon, it was a pity that it was greasy!! If you eat it with Yeongranhoe House's seasoning sauce, the seasoning flavor mixes and it's not greasy at all! I chewed the Min-eo-hoe, but it was somewhere between chewy and soft? My husband, who doesn't like raw fish, hates the chewy texture of flounder/black sea bass and the feeling of not being able to chew well, but minnow sashimi is chewy and easy to chew! It's even softer! It was my first time eating minnow sashimi, but I was satisfied because it was delicious. I recommend Yeongran Hoejip!
