Longjiang First Bay

Longjiang First Bay is located in the Longjiang First Bay Scenic Area in Mohe City, Daxing'anling Prefecture, Heilongjiang Province. It is a unique natural landscape and a shining pearl on the Sino-Russian border river, the Heilongjiang River. Longjiang First Bay is a unique landscape formed by the Heilongjiang River flowing through the Hongqiling section of the Tuqiang Forestry Bureau in Daxing'anling Prefecture. This Ω-shaped bay is more than 30 kilometers long and is affectionately called Longjiang First Bay by locals. There is an island surrounded by the river. The island is shaded by green trees and the flowers and grass are lush. The edge of the island is washed by the river, forming a circle of sand belts composed of pebbles and yellow sand. Under the sunlight, the entire island is like a gold rim, so it is also called Golden Ring Island. Visitors can explore this mysterious land along the wooden plank road. The wooden plank road has more than 800 steps, and it takes about 1 hour to 1.5 hours to go up and down. On the viewing platform on the top of the mountain, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the river separating the two countries.
