Moalboal Brand New Scuba Resort Visited to Obtain Open Water Certification

I visited to take the scuba diving open water course and the food was good. It was a great Korean restaurant. The instructor was very kind and gave a good lecture. The locals in the restaurant were also kind. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the view was really nice. The restaurant was also on the 3rd floor, and I had a great time just looking at the ocean while drinking coffee on the rocking chair in the corner of the restaurant. Last year, a big typhoon came to the Philippines and the ocean visibility was bad and the point changed, but as a beginner, I didn't have time to see the ocean anyway, so I was satisfied with just getting in the water.
