Jogashima bridge

Jogashima Bridge is located at the southern end of the Miura Peninsula, and is a steel box girder-style bridge with a length of 575 meters and a height of 23.5 meters over the Straits of the Miura Peninsula and Jogashima. Under the bridge, large ships of tuna deep-sea fishing at Misaki Port come and go, so there is a long bridge pier space of 95 meters in the center of the bridge. Steel box girders are adopted because it is necessary to reduce the weight of this central part. This center is vividly colored red. There is almost no land higher than the bridge around the bridge, so you can see a wide range of scenery. At a short time before sunrise, the fantastic scenery that only the white peaks of the mountains of Tanzawa shine in the morning sun can be seen from the Jogashima Ohashi Bridge, and it is a scene I would like to see if I have the opportunity.
