During the day, it can accommodate teams of more than 30 people, and with the tatami, it can accommodate 21 people. The homestay also allows for barbecuing in the garden and brewing tea around the stove. At night, this is the best stargazing spot in Fuzhou (because the surrounding villages have very little light pollution, you can even photograph star trails), and in the morning, you can see the sea of clouds and the sunrise. The first floor of the homestay is a public area: a large living room, an open reading area, and two tatami tea rooms, one large and one small. The semi-open basement has mini-golf, a pool table, karaoke, and two arcade machines, making it perfect for team building or gatherings of friends. The garden is large, about 2000 square meters, and is well-maintained. There is an old olive tree at the back of the yard, with a swing hanging from it. The butler here is very, very good. He introduced us to every detail of the homestay and recommended many fun places around the area. The stargazing spot was also recommended by him.
