The Remarkable Mt Fuji 🗻

#tokyotrip Mt Fuji is one of the iconic and must-see destinations in Japan. We took a bus trip from Tokyo to Mt Fuji and the morning started as a cloudy day and as we approached entrance gate to the 1st station, it was still cloudy and we were warned that we may not have a view. We were dejected and we only had a glimpse of Mt Fuji when the clouds cleared for 10 secs. We were originally expecting to get the the 5th Station but the road was closed due to the lower snow-line, so we only made it to the 1st Station. You can view this mountain from many places on a clear day if you are lucky without going to Mt Fuji itself. Luck wasn't on our side and clouds blocked our view of Mt Fuji.
