Even after the Soma clan moved to Nakamura Castle, Myoken was enshrined, and it was renamed Soma Kotaka Shrine after the war. Somei Yoshino and weeping cherry blossoms are in full bloom in the precincts, and it is popular as a famous cherry blossom spot.

Also known as the Valley of the Moon, this otherworldly desert landscape is like stepping into a movie set — literally! #travelinspiration #adventureawaits 🏜️ My Experience: I spent a day exploring Wadi Rum and chose to stay the night at Hotel Rum Titanic, which turned out to be a highlight of my Jordan trip. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the stunning vastness of the desert — orange sand dunes, dramatic rock formations, and endless skies. During the day, we joined a desert excursion in a 4x4 with a local Bedouin guide. We visited iconic spots like Lawrence’s Spring, Khazali Canyon, and climbed a red sand dune for sunset. The silence of the desert and the golden glow on the rocks felt surreal. As night fell, we returned to the hotel, which is located right in the heart of the desert. The ambiance was magical — the sky turned into a galaxy of stars, and we enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner followed by Bedouin tea around the fire.
