The manager, who is from Saga Prefecture, makes delicious omurice using salt from Saga. There are four types of omurice in total, and I tried three of them this time. A rare treat was the squid and mentaiko omelette rice, made with mentaiko, a specialty of Hakata. It was just the right amount of salty and very delicious. Every omelette rice was served with grilled vegetables, so you could enjoy the sweetness of the vegetables. For dessert, we had ice cream and pudding. Both were very delicious.
