#celebratewithtrip Milan is the third Starbucks Reserve Roastery in the world ( the Seattle Roastery opened in 2014 and Shanghai in 2017 ) but the first where customers can move all the way around the bright green Scolari roaster and watch every step of the coffee roasting process from bean to cup. It is located in 1 Via Cordusio, 20123 Milano, and is open daily from 0730-2200, a minute walk from Cordusio metro station ( Line 1 ). Opened in September 2018 at the historic building ( the Post Office), with some tables on the terrace to enjoy the bustle of the city while you are comfortably seated under elegant gazebos that recall aviaries. The airy interior with high ceilings and stunning mosaiced marble floor that is handicafted in the traditional Palladianan style. Visitors can spend hours wandering around the machine, souvenirs to bring home, and then order a cup of drink and a piece of cake to enjoy the atmosphere.
