#Overseas Travel There are churches in Europe that are decorated with bones. In fact, there is one in Milan, Italy, near the Duomo, the Milan Cathedral. This church is called Santuario Di S. Bernardino Alle Ossa. It looks like an ordinary chapel from the outside and there is nothing special about it. After entering the church, there are signs on the right leading to Ossario - the ossuary/prayer room. The room is not very big, but it houses as many as 2,000 skulls, and the atmosphere feels a bit solemn. These bones come from the Middle Ages, and most of them are plague victims who died in hospitals. 📍 Santuario Di S.
