If you can’t go to Jiangnan, come to Xishan Park in Mianyang! 🏞Xishan Park, also known as Xishan Scenic Area, is a cultural relic park integrating cultural relics and natural scenery. The vegetation coverage rate in the park is very high, with lotus, peach blossom, chrysanthemum, osmanthus, crape myrtle, peach tree, plum blossom, etc. The lake, buildings, pavilions, green trees and red flowers complement each other, and the scenery is pleasant in spring, summer, autumn and winter. 🌈The park was invested and built by the Municipal Bureau of Culture in 1986. It is a garden integrating cultural relics and natural scenery hidden in the downtown area. The main garden, Ziyun Pavilion, has long been famous because of the poem "Praise of the Humble House" by the great Tang Dynasty poet Liu Yuxi, which reads "Nanyang Zhuge Lu, Western Shu Ziyun Pavilion". 🌈There are also the tomb of Jiang Wan, a famous minister of Shu Han, and the Gonghou Temple in the park. The reading desk and ink washing pool of Yang Xiong, a great scholar in the Western Han Dynasty. Xishan Temple, a Taoist holy place. The Yunu Spring, Taoist statues from the Sui and Tang dynasties and other cultural relics protection sites. The "Five Wonders of Mianyang Cultural Relics" are on display and are considered to be the best in China, including the largest bronze horse of the Han Dynasty, the largest money tree, the earliest bronze Buddha statue, the most vivid storytelling figurine, and the most complete lacquer carving of human meridians. Walking in the garden, every place you see is a scene. 🌈There is a large lawn on the mountain where you can have a picnic and fly a kite; there is a small amusement park halfway up the mountain and you can go boating at the foot of the mountain. It is absolutely perfect to take photos in Hanfu here🤭 🌈A mountain is not famous for its height, but for the immortals living there; a river is not magical for its depth, but for the dragons living there. Xishan Scenic Area is the most valuable place for ancient visits in Mianyang. Its profound cultural heritage is no less than that of the cultural attractions in Shudu.
