Liu Zhang invited him to this mountain, where they admired the full beauty of Shu, drank wine, and enjoyed themselves greatly. Liu Bei exclaimed, 'How rich! What a joy today!' Thus, the mountain got its name. Fule Mountain is renowned for its height, breadth, elegance, and grace, and is praised as 'the first mountain of Mianzhou'. The development and construction of the scenic area follow the natural terrain, incorporating the basic elements of mountains and water. The architectural style imitates the gardens of Suzhou from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, creating a unified and varied whole with the vegetation. Fule Pavilion is an important building in the scenic area, towering into the clouds. From the top, you can overlook the entire Mianyang cityscape and even see the distant Emei and Qingcheng mountain ranges. Fule Hall, also known as Fule Temple, was originally built in the Song Dynasty and rebuilt in 1989. In front of the hall is Furong Creek, with Baogai Peak behind it. Streams flow on both sides, shaded by greenery, creating an elegant and tranquil environment.
