Tulum, Mexico Jaque Studio The project uses natural finishes such as stone, wood, and Chukum plaster, as well as large cantilevers, to connect the indoor space, terrace, and terrace. The south-facing side of the building is open and permeable, allowing prevailing winds to circulate, with large areas of floor-to-ceiling glass blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. The north-facing facade, on the other hand, is more enclosed, ensuring privacy. Plants are selected from local tropical plants to make the entire project more tropical and vacation-like.
