Windsor Hotel

A 141-year-old hotel that still operates with an excellent location, making it convenient to go anywhere. Right across is the Parliament House, and nearby are various museums, concert halls, theaters, and it's close to Chinatown with all kinds of Chinese cuisine available. There's even Panda delivery to bring you takeout. The hotel has a strong sense of history, with a super slow elevator, an elegant environment, and exudes a sense of prestige. I specifically tried the burger, which was great. You can view the Parliament House across the street while enjoying a beer, which is very comfortable. Early autumn is a bit chilly. I recommend this hotel for its full sense of history.
