Family friendly spot

Service is top class, which matches the food and ambience.For one, it opens early enough after an early morning workout. The coffee tastes good, there is a ton of protein foods to choose from, the food is delicious and the servers are all very friendly. Portions are pretty big and can be shared between two small eaters. There is outdoor as well as indoor seating, which is great if you’ve just done a workout and need to cool off naturally without air conditioning. The menu is not overwhelming, which is a good change.
