A representative work of modernist civil architecture

Spanish Mediterranean Coast Tour ~ Barcelona (Region) The Coll i Regàs House is a modernist building in Mataró, built in 1898 by the architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch. Its facade measures 11 m. Neo-Gothic style, including the chocolate bar, the main door, the ground floor grandstand and all the windows. It is completed by colorful graffiti and decorative tiles. It's a miracle. The decor of the house is stunning both from the outside and inside. There are many beautiful elements. I took a special photo of the cat and rabbit above the entrance for my wife. Inside there is a small exhibition of tools, fabrics, leathers used for decoration or restoration. It opens onto a large balcony which replaces the patio.
