We went to the famous Marrakech souk, which is said to be the largest commercial city in the world. (Souk = market) The old town has more than 3,000 alleys that spread out to the north of Fna Square. The souk sells a variety of items, and is divided into areas for each genre, such as spices, leather products, clothing, babouches, pottery, glass products, brass, lamps, and food.
