Bahia Palace

Built in the late 19th century by Si Moussa, the Sultan's Grand Vizier, it is situated on a 2-acre site in the heart of the medina of Marrakech. It has 150 rooms. This grand design and architecture dates back to before the Sultan's Grand Vizier, who was once a slave but rose to power in a rather shady way. In 1900, he died. The palace was passed on to his son Bou Ahmed. It was renovated, with a shady garden and a riad surrounding it. Each room is decorated in a luxurious Moroccan style, with carved stucco and cedar floors as decorations. The Court of Honor area is the highlight of the palace. The open space is decorated with colorful Moroccan celik tiles, surrounded by luxurious riads. It can be said that it is a check-in point here.
