#KoreaTrip This time we went to a tofu specialty restaurant✨ This is my first time going to a tofu specialty restaurant in Seoul! I went there because it has been awarded Michelin many times, so I was looking forward to it🥳 In addition to the tofu pancake I ordered, there was a wide variety of tofu dishes, including raw tofu, tofu balls, stir-fried tofu, and tofu kimchi🤍 The menu was also quite extensive, with bulgogi, meat pancakes, bossam, and several types of jjigae, so it was hard to decide what to order😳! We ordered dubujeon and soybean pulp soup, and jjigae made with meat from Jeju Island♡ The friend who went with me had been to the restaurant several times and recommended dubujeon, so I tried it, and I was impressed after just one bite🤩! The outside is slightly fried so it's a little crispy and fragrant, and the inside is fluffy 🤍 The deliciousness of the tofu spreads all at once ✨ It's the best tofu I've ever eaten 🥳!
