An ancient classic Harry Potter kinda library in Manchester

#manchestertrip One of the MUST GO in Manchester, to me, has to be the John Rylands Library. It has arguably the most ancient looking interior of all libraries, and look terribly like those movie scenes featured in Harry Potter movies. But because it doesn’t just functions as a library but also as a research institute, it’s not open everyday. 🕰️Business Hours: 10am-5pm except Sun/Mon/Tues During my road trip in UK, I passed by Manchester twice (on my way North & South), but no matter how I adjusted the plan, it’s always on one of the closing days. But I still made the efforts to take a look around the building and the neighbourhood, which is already pretty cool. But for those who’s still early on their planning phase, do look it up and try all you can to incorporate this place in your trip itinerary!
