I’m not really a fan of spinach but my friend liked the pasta more than I did. And to wash it all down, I had a glass of R de Roubine Rosé. It’s 2020, so it’s wasn’t that sweeter than expected. Still, it was all I needed to pair with my entrée. They had the prettiest powder room! And the most accommodating staff.
