#Homestay A homestay in the mountains with cats welcoming every square meter. We stayed at Baan Sukkik, Huai Kub Kap, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. The view is absolutely stunning! However, to get there, you have to park your car at the bottom, because the climb is steep. The homestay driver will pick you up. The first thing you see when you arrive is "cats!" Cats everywhere! Cat lovers will be so touched! There's no electricity in the bedrooms, so you have to charge your batteries in the central area. In the evening, we ordered a barbecue (moo kata) and watched the sunset. It was so amazing! At night, we sat around the fire, enjoyed beer, cats, and friends. It was all there! Breakfast was provided, and the cats even came to cuddle up with us. So cute! The hosts at the homestay are so lovely and friendly. It felt like staying at the home of a very kind relative. If you're looking for a chill place with a great view, cats, friends, and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend this place.
