We will only collect young tea leaves: 1 young leaf for white tea, 2 young leaves for green tea, and 3-4 young leaves for black tea. When we are done picking, we will weigh, sort, and roast them in a charcoal stove at the roasting house. Through the production process until we get hot tea for us to sip.
