1’s Kitchen Journey A house divided into rooms by trees A travelling couple transformed their house into 1'S Kitchen Journey restaurant in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai. The name of the store is taken from my wife's culinary growth experience. It has been a journey for her (Nueng) to be in charge of every kitchen from the beginning, to achieve the Le Cordon Bleu title, until her own kitchen. Nueng doesn’t wear any makeup at all, but she is very generous when it comes to decorating dishes. You can feel that the chef is happy cooking and making desserts. The shop grows its own flowers and uses them to make and decorate desserts. Fully appreciate nature and pursue the ultimate dream.
