Open to the public since May 2021, the Kun Iam Statue Waterfront Leisure Area comprises a walking trail, gateball, and multifunctional courts, a roller skating rink, a well-equipped outdoor fitness area, and a state-of-the-art kids playground with countless attractions suitable for children of different ages. The multifunctional courts operate on a first-come-first-served basis. Along the 400 meters walking trail, there are lockers, vending machines with refreshments, seating areas, restrooms, and hand washing stations at the convenience of visitors. Next to the kids’ playground, a glasshouse offers further vending machines and a seating area.
