-
🔸Pak Tai Temple:
Built around the 23rd year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1843), Pak Tai Temple is one of the oldest temples in Taipa. The wood carvings, murals, and historical inscriptions on the walls silently tell the story of the temple's past. In Macau, Pak Tai is the god of water and fire, inspiring awe, so every year on the third day of the third lunar month, the temple is bustling with activity!

🔸Carmo Market:
Carmo Market was originally the site of the Taipa Municipal Market, which was transformed into a leisure square. It retains the four-slope roof pavilion-style architecture and single-slope roof open corridor-style architecture, with a unique architectural style, and is an important witness to the history of Macau's public markets!

🔸Carmo Square:
Carmo Square is an open space surrounded by colorful and unique buildings, with the most eye-catching being Our Lady of Carmel Church. There are also some Portuguese-style buildings around the church, making it a great place for photos!
-
🔸Our Lady of Carmel Church:
Built in 1885, it is the only Catholic church in Taipa, with an Instagram-worthy pale yellow exterior, a serene and sacred interior, a benevolent statue of the Virgin Mary, an artistic choir loft, and a beautiful view of the sea!
-
🔸Taipa Houses-Museum:
These five buildings were built in 1921 and are one of the eight scenic spots in Macau. They were originally the residences of senior officials of the outlying islands of Macau and are typical Macanese residences. They have now been transformed into the Taipa Houses-Museum, Creative Drawing Gallery, Art Gallery, Style Gallery, and Reception Gallery, each exuding its own unique charm
