I go to Macau from time to time, but there are still many authentic shops I haven’t tried. #牛记咖哩美食 is located in a corner of an alley, surrounded by old buildings. This is also one of the specialty stores recommended by the Michelin Food Guide. 🦀Crab Roe Lo Mein (MOP 58) After mixing well, you can taste crab roe in every bite. It's very fragrant but not too greasy. People who like rich and fragrant food will like it. Lo mein is made with springy, thin noodles. It doesn't have any alkaline taste when eaten, but some of the noodles are sticky. 🍛Coconut Milk Curry Chicken Lo Mein (MOP 48) The curry is spicy and has a light coconut aroma, which is very delicious. Each piece of chicken is big and tender, with lots of meat. Not the kind that's just big bones. The chicken skin and meat are also very tender. If you can eat spicy food, I recommend ordering the beef brisket here. The curry will be a bit spicier. I also ordered a cup of iced milk tea (MOP 19), which had a stronger tea flavor and was quite astringent. Total: MOP 125 (without 10% service charge) The average per person is MOP 62.5.
