The Londoner Hotel Macau offers super considerate service

The Londoner Macao is really my favorite hotel I have stayed in Macao. The service attitude of the staff is excellent. After booking a room, they will call to ask if you need a car to pick you up. I had been wondering how to get there, and I had luggage and a stroller. They directly sent a car to pick me up. It was so thoughtful. We went directly from home to the hotel. The hotel staff was already waiting at the door. They took us to the room and checked us in. Welcome snacks were already prepared in the room. As we were traveling with children, we asked the hotel to prepare a bottle sterilizer. They also thoughtfully prepared two air purifiers and a set of baby products, which was great. The next morning's breakfast was a buffet, and there was so much to eat. There were oysters, lobsters, and abalone. It was really luxurious. The breakfast time was from 7 am to 1 pm. #MacauHotel
