The hotel is clean and tidy; the environment is tidy; the service is very good, whether it is the lobby receptionist or the cleaning waiter, they are all very friendly and enthusiastic. Our return trip was from Macau Airport. The hotel also had a shuttle bus to the airport, but there were time limits, so we needed to ask the front desk for details.
