Opened at 12, 20 people lined up in front by 11:45!! ️ Cheese flower cups are made from dough that has been repeatedly folded for a rich texture, then rolled into a rose shape and placed in a special flower-shaped mold for fermentation. There are 3 flavors in total, including original, matcha and rose. 🧀Original flavor: The famous French croissant is served with the creamy cheese sauce that is famous in Japan and abroad, the crust is wrapped in tempting caramel. 🍵 Matcha: Combined with Koyamaen "Wakatake" matcha powder, made into a "Croffin" shape, and used sweet-flavored matcha powder on the original cheese sauce.
