Delicious Northeastern cuisine in Macau

"Northern Mingyuan", located in The Londoner Hotel Macao, is a restaurant serving northern cuisine mainly from Shandong, Beijing and Inner Mongolia, China. The Peking duck is beautifully presented, with toppings including osmanthus sugar, sweet sauce, cucumber, onion, mashed garlic and pickled vegetables. The roast duck skin is crispy and the pancake crust is chewy. It is really satisfying to eat it together with cucumber, onion and sauce. For the roasted whole lamb, we chose a lamb that was six points long. The lamb was very tender and had a very light fishy smell. People who like lamb may not find it tasty. My friend said that the roasted lamb rack with roasted apples was more delicious. The eggplants in autumn are delicious, fried until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and served with sweet sauce; the rock noodle roll is actually just putting all the ingredients and sauce in a can, shaking it a few times, the roll is very chewy and the sauce is relatively sour, I like sour food so I think it tastes good; pine nut fish, this is a must-order when I eat northern food, it is sweet and sour, the fish bones are removed very cleanly, it is super delicious. #MacauWeekendTrip
